Well, I am glad you posted early because these look like such a treat! It's like giving someone a birthday present early (which I always do!) because I want them to have more time to enjoy it!! Happy Friday!

Oooohh....yes, I can see how it would be hard not to eat all these yourself. They look amazing. I just bought a tub of ricotta and I'm never quite sure exactly what to use it for...it just might make it's way into some fritters after seeing this.

So did you eat all these litte fritters before the hubby got home from work? Its ok if you did, I would probably too. They look so delicious!! Lovely photos!

I did not...BUT they sure tested my willpower! There were 18 of them and the kids liked them too :)

They're gone now ...and I'm sad.

How did you resist not eating all of these before your husband came home! I would have had to hide them, but I'm not so sure they would have been safe even then.

They are so pretty and look just like Mario's. Great job.

I'm thinking about making these but being new to cooking I'm sure what I would serve these with. Any ideas?
