Quinoa, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip Truffles - No Bake (A year ago...)

Quinoa, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip Truffles

This time last year my blog was named, Design Wine and Dine, I took these pictures and I posted this ...Quinoa, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip Truffles. (Can you tell I'm a huge fan of the chocolate/peanut butter no bake combo???)

Anyway, since then...

I have changed the name of my site to, Care's Kitchen, started a Care's Kitchen facebook page, had one opportunity to photograph food for a local restaurant and have continued to cook and work on my photography.

So, while I'm not a huge fan of, "reposting,"  I was proud of this unique, delicious treat I randomly came up with... we gobbled them up in a flash!!!

Oh my goodness!

I swear you read my mind.

A: I've been having a ridiculously persistent craving for chocolate and peanut butter lately.

And B: I have quinoa on my shopping list today for dinner tonight! And I know there is going to be leftovers.

These look delicious and I'm uber envious of your photography - keep it up!

I know what we're having for dessert tonight!

Their truffles are so remarkably delicious! I used to eat as much as I want but too bad I just had dental treatments with my Omaha dentists. I can only eat a little.
