Grilled Swiss Cheese Sandwich with Organic Adriatic Fig Spread ~ Simple Food

Isn't there such beauty in simplicity?

A tray of these crustless Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Organic Adriatic Fig Spread was a delightful treat for a Sunday afternoon with the girls.

You'll find this fig spread at Whole Foods ~ it's perfect in a sandwich or poured atop a hot wedge of brie!

Have it on hand for the Holidays!

Swiss cheese and fig spread! Wonderful combination. A must try recipe. I always eat grilled cheese but this one is special! Thanks for the tip.

I am in love with fig spread! I just recently tried it and am hooked. I'll need to try it with swiss...it's a great match with white cheddar too.

I had not thought of the fig spread on a grilled cheese sandwich. For many years, don't know why, I have had a tradition of having this fig spread over Brie on the tiny little toasts (the ones that are difficult to find sometimes). I first tried this product at Whole Foods.

Your sandwich looks delicious, I will have to try this.
