Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with Smoked Gouda and Blue Cheese
A sandwich is only as good as the love that was put into making it...
It is better to have loved and lost, than to have never loved at all...
Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with Smoked Gouda and Blue Cheese
I used 2 leftover boneless, skinless chicken thighs, that had been lightly salted and peppered and grilled.
I shredded the chicken with a knife and fork.
Melted 1 tablespoon butter and mixed it with 4-5 tablespoons Franks Hot Wing Sauce
Placed the shredded chicken and butter/hot wing sauce into a pot atop the stove.
I added one slice smoked Gouda cheese and 1 heaping tablespoon crumbled blue cheese to the pot.
Turned the heat to medium and stirred the whole thing around until the chicken was warm and the cheese was completely melted and well incorporated.
Enjoyed the Buffalo chicken and cheese on lightly toasted hot dog buns with strips of celery.

Get. Out. Of. Town.
You have triple, quadruple outdone yourself with this one. I am drooling - I might have even wept a little.
Bookmarked and coveted.
So simple to throw together, great for quick summer meals, and looks amazing!

Buffalo Chicken AND GOUDA?
You are my hero!
What a mouth watering dish. I became hungry just looking at it. This would be great with a Merlot or white wine.
That looks evil and good at the same time, if that makes sense. Truly a mouth-watering innovation you have there.
That just looks so delicious. I think anything which is made with love would be a great dish.
