And because this is a food blog the light fare menu will include the following Tea Sandwiches:

Egg Salad with Fresh Chives and Caviar

Ham, Brie and Honey Mustard

Turkey and Cheese

Roasted Red Pepper, Basil and Goat Cheese

Olive Bruschetta with Cucumber and Cream Cheese

Caesar Salad with Shrimp

Tea and "Refreshments" will also be served

** HATS ENCOURAGED **

Girl, you are going all out!! I love it!! I can't wait to hoard the remote tomorrow night and watch all 6 hours in uninterrupted bliss on DVR :) I don't want to sit down until I can watch it ALL!! Even though I think Wills picked the wrong Kate... :)

I had a hat all set to go until I saw those being worn at the wedding. While I think mine has a Shaker elegance about it, I no longer think it will do for tea :-). I can't wait to see the treats you made for us. Have a great day. Blessings...Mary
