Even hearty old rosemary... though it tends to live longer than the rest :) I love everything on your menu and I want to try to replicate it! I have yet to try your chickpea soup, though I have it lodged in my cookbinder. I think rosemary is one of my favorite flavors, and I often use it in place of sage in certain recipes.
